HOW TO ASK A QUESTION

Our organization is made up of volunteers across the state. The forum allows everyone to see all the questions and post answers, and allows us to efficiently track your case. It also allows others to benefit from the information we provide.

Post your question on the forum, and we'll get back to you quickly with the answers you need to get the public records you want. Share your experiences with others interested keeping government open in Pennsylvania.

MAIL: The Coalition's mailing address is 4075 Linglestown Rd. #312, Harrisburg, PA 17112. This is our mailing address only — we do not have a physical office. Please realize it may take a week or more to get a response by mail.

PHONE: Sorry, but we can't offer help by phone at this time. We're a volunteer organization that's just getting started, and we don't have a staff or office yet. If we get enough membership support to warrant it, we'll look into getting a toll-free number for voice mail inquiries.

Your tax-deductible contribution helps us to open the doors of government in Pennsylvania. We assist individuals and groups to obtain public records. We work to strengthen laws that provide public records. We fight efforts to restrict public access to public records.

The coalition welcomes as members all individuals, neighborhood groups, community organizations, public service nonprofits, business, news media, educators and government officials who agree with our mission.
